EHC Tools Warranty Policy

All EHC Salon Tools are covered by our STANDARD ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY against any defects in workmanship or materials.

To initiate a warranty claim, a copy of the original order receipt must be provided. EHC Salon Tools without proof of purchase will not be eligible for warranty coverage. During the one (1) year warranty period, products will either be replaced free of charge but do require a $25 shipping fee (US customers) or $50 shipping fee (International customers).

Our EHC standard manufacturer's warranty does not cover the following:

- Physical damage such as broken plates, handles, or hinges
- Normal wear and tear
- Submersion of the appliance in water
- Cord damage caused by contact with other heated appliances or excessive wrapping
- Any other physical cord damage
- Misuse for purposes other than intended
- Damage due to excessive dropping or clamping of the appliance
- Damage due to product build-up on poorly maintained tools
- Overuse
- Tools purchased on third-party internet sites such as Ebay or Amazon. Please contact us to verify authorized online vendors.

In cases where current model is not available a equal/like style tools will be sent.

How to submit a warranty claim: 

**Step 1 – Submit a Service Request for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#)**

Please fill out our SALON TOOL WARRANTY CLAIM FORM to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Tools sent without an RMA# will not be processed by our repair center. Allow up to 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) for your request to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email with detailed instructions.

**Step 2 – Prepare the Package**

Include:
- RMA # written clearly on a piece of paper or copy of claim form
- A $25.00 or $50.00 money order/cashier's check for each iron, payable to Elite Hair Care USA Inc (Standard Return S&H fee – no personal checks)

**Step 3 – Send the Package**

We highly recommend using a registered insured delivery service for tracking purposes. Send the package to the address provided in your email instructions.
