REFUNDS, EXCHANGE, SHIPPING POLICY
Damage/Missing item/Refund policy
Damaged OR Missing items:
If your item arrived damaged or you are missing an item a DAMAGE/ MISSING ITEM CLAIM FORM must be submitted within 3 Business days of delivery from the carrier. After the 3 business day timeline has elapsed no damage or missing item claim may be submitted.
Orders are refundable via STORE CREDIT ONLY .
Returns can only be made up to 3 business days from date of delivery
The criteria for refunds is as follows:
- Return authorization form must be completed ( CLICK HERE TO CONTACT US REGARDING A RETURN OR REFUND)
- Product must be unopened
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
Once in receipt and review of your RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and emailed.
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a credit at which time you will be notified via email.
STORE CREDITS are issued electronically and sent via email to the email address used on the original order.
Shipping return items to us:
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs. All refunds are store credit only.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used your store credit will be issued for only the items that meet the return criteria outlined above.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Client is responsible for entering the correct shipping address for their order at the time of ordering.
Orders returned due to insufficient or incorrect address are the responsibility of the client and reshipping fees must be paid before the order can be reshipped.
Once an order has left the facility and shown delivered the order is complete and no warranties are due.
Transit time is not guaranteed by Elite Hair Care USA and all inquiries once the package has been shipped should be taken up with the carrier.
