Elite Hair Care USA was born from something deeply personal. My mother, Michelle Williams, experienced devastating hair loss after an overprocessed relaxer caused her to lose all of her hair. Watching her go through that experience showed me that hair loss is about so much more than appearance. It can affect your confidence, your self-esteem, and the way you feel about yourself. Her experience became one of the driving forces behind my mission to help women and men regain confidence in their hair.
Meet Our Founder
I'm Crystal Williams, founder and CEO of Elite Hair Care USA. After more than 20 years behind the salon chair as a licensed cosmetologist, I saw firsthand how many people were struggling with thinning hair, breakage, dryness, and scalp concerns. And what frustrated me most was seeing people spend hundreds of dollars on products without understanding what their hair actually needed. So I combined my professional experience with my knowledge as a certified trichologist and cosmetic chemist to create hair care products that serve a real purpose.

What started in a bedroom with less than 100 square feet of space has grown into a professional hair care brand with our own manufacturing operations and a community of over 620,000 women and men.
