The 8oz bottle of Sacred Hair & Scalp Leave-in Conditioning Mist I ordered was only half full when I received it. I sent an email to EHC regarding this but did not receive a response.
I used it for the first time,I could see a difference,as I continue to use it,my salt and pepper hair as become soft as cotton!!!
I immediately reached out to EHC Home office email to alert that my package hadn't arrived. While I waited for their response, I attempted to file a claim with both UPS and USPS. Because of the shipping method used, only the sender could file a claim. I screen shot those messages and sent another email EHC home office email. I was then told to look around my home and reach out to neighbors which I knew they would say that and I mentioned that I already done so. Literally next email was a repeat of them telling me to look around the property and file a claim. I once more replied back alerting that only the sender can file a claim. Correspondence had ended at that point. So I have filed with my credit card company. I am extremely disappointed because I love Crystal and EHC products and it's unfortunate that Im out of $80 worth of product and a hair care brand i have been using for nearly 10 years. I guess it was a good run.
I have locs in my hair and it’s difficult finding products that will work for my hair type. I have fine texture hair that is getting stronger and easy to manage using your products. Keep up the good work! So proud of you!
