The first ingredient listed on the label is beeswax. I’m willing to give the product a try, but I wonder if beeswax is the best thing to use on my hair.

I believe we’ve all been ‘hood-winked’. There’s absolutely no listing for Batana Oil in the ingredients and I noticed it has everything BUT!! The oil is not even the appropriate color to have Batana - it should be more brown and have an earthy or coffee smell. It has never solidified it’s really not a balm either- It’s a jar of oils - However, NOT Batana.
THE PRODUCT CAME ALL MELTED! WAS AFRAID TO USE IT ON MY HAIR! TRIED TO REACH OUT SEVERAL TIMES TO THE HELP TEAM. NO ONE AS OF TODAY HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR SO MANY YEARS AND THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME REGARDING THIS ISSUE.!!!
