The Soothe & Balance Dry Itchy Relief Pre-Treatment is a sulfate free calming scalp solution for dry and itchy scalp care. Made with Zinc Oxide, Hemp Seed Oil, and Peppermint. It nourishes, soothes, and cools all while assisting in purifying the scalp of build up from things such as seborrhea and dermatitis.

How to use:
Apply Soothe & Balance Pre-Treatment to scalp before adding any water to hair. Use comb and/or finger tips to distribute Pre-Treatment all over scalp. Allow treatment to sit on scalp for up to 5 minutes. Rinse and shampoo with Elite Hair Care shampoo of choice.
